Dear ladies,

We cordially invite you to hooping lessons - dance with hoops!

What can Hooping bring you? It is about relaxation, stretching of the entire body and its shaping, and of course fun!

Hooping is a fun and effective cardio workout , where you will enjoy an hour of fun while you burn up to 600 calories. Not only it will strengthen and shape your body, but also will bring a positive effect on correct posture, improve cardiovascular system, increase metabolic rate, or lower back pain. In addition, its trains perseverance, opens creativity, allows for self-expression, relieves stress , relaxes the mind and ultimately adds to the confidence. Dancing with the hoop has a minimum load on the joint , and is therefore for all ages and also for pregnant women.

Hoopnotica ® brings the possibility of playful exercises associated with red-hot dance elements.


Regular classes start on Wednesday October the 9th always from 6:30pm.

Price for a lesson is 200 CZK, if you prepay 10 sessions the price is 180 CZK per session. Reservation is needed due to limited capacity (max. 15 people) and providing specific number of hoops.

Take  with you comfortable clothes, ballerinas or sneakers, and some water.
